Hi everyone! I hope that everyone has had a great New Years because I sure did! I am so hopeful this year and I want to spread that to everyone following my journey. I am cracking down on the fat and really, really monitoring what I am eating. I cannot risk my life anymore because I am so worth it! I have a new motto:
"If someone does not believe in you, don't believe in them because when you don't believe in them what they say does not matter anyway"
