Sorry friends, family, and anyone reading this for being away so long. The holidays kept me extremely busy and now I can finally relax. Here is what I have been up to:
1. Rethinking my weight loss and being more accountable when it comes to what I put in my mouth...no more cheating with extra WW points.
2. Creating my Sweetheart Weight Loss Challenge on youtube. I bought an outfit 2 sizes too small that I want to fit into for Valentine's Day.
3. Working
4. Reviewing my life and choices
5. And not getting much sleep! LOL
Plans this week: TO EXERCISE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

Veggie and Fruit Tip

Doctor's say that 5 fruits and veggies are important to have everyday. A lot of people just don't find the time to work that into their food menu, but seem to eat loads of chips while in front of the computer or the tv. I have a solution to that: "Snack Bowls". To do this I gather 2 oranges, one apple, and 10 baby carrots = 4 servings of fruits/veggies and 3 points. You can change the ingredient list to your liking. I peel/separate the oranges, cut the apple into slices, and add them along with the carrots in a bowl. While watching tv or on the computer I snack on them. Before I know it they are gone and I have only one fruit or veggie to eat with dinner. It makes life easier!

WOW!!!
I am so excited, flatter, and just impressed by the number of subscribers I have now on youtube in just 1 week: 16!!! May be not A LOT, but that is something big to me. A line in a sound reminds me of myself, "I want to be myself, but does the world really need her". I know that I am needed as the person I am and I am so grateful for all of my subbing friends on youtube.
THANK YOU MY YOUTUBE FRIENDS!!!!!

Ten Tips On How To Lose Weight
1. Plan ahead: Plan meals days or a week ahead. By doing this you are more likely to stick to plan and not over eat.
2. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day (some suggest 1/2 your weight in water) A good way to break the 64 oz of water into easy parts is to divide it into 3 servings. I personally drink 1/3 of my serving between 11 am - 2pm, another 1/3 between 2pm-5pm, and the last 1/3 between 5pm-8pm. Set a schedule you can stick to and that fits your life.
3. Exercise! We are suppose to be getting 2.5 hours worth of cardio a week plus 2 sessions of strength training. Work slowly up to this and stick to activities that you love to do.
4. Weight Watchers Tip: After returning home from the grocery store figure out the points in your food items and write the point value on the food box with a permanent marker.
5. Have a support system: Enough said.
6. Weigh yourself once a week: too much can set you up for failure.
7. Remember tomorrow is always another day. Do not give up on your plan because you screw up one day (or week) because the next you can start over again.
8. Take before pictures of yourself so you can see how far you have come. Put the before picture on the fridge to curb unhealthy eating since you don't want to look like you did before! LOL
9. Keep a journal of food, activities, and successes.
10. Reward yourself every goal obtained, but not with food. (Example: CD, Clothes, movie tickets)
These are the ways I am successful in my weight loss.
Loss to date: 7.8 pounds!!!!!
Current Weight: 278.2
